Characteristic sparkling wine, produced according to the traditional method from the local variety Siphon, offers a sophisticated blend of fruity aromas of citrus fruits and ripe fruit. In color, it expresses gentle green-yellow shades, which end with a recognizable varietal flower and the elegance of the gentle sparkling of tiny bubbles. The taste is elegant and creamy, ending with a structured and distinctly complex aftertaste, which is the result of 36 months of maturation on yeasts.
