Kozinc
The vineyards are located on Dedna Gora. The conditions for growth are demanding, and if a vine wants to survive in these shallow soils, it has to fight. The vines are planted very densely and so the load on the vine itself is small. As a result, the yield of grapes is low and the quality is significantly higher. The vineyards adorn the homestead on all sides of the sky and thus offer a diverse variety, which is one of their main advantages. The result are elegant, fresh wines and sparkling wines with the stamp of the environment and tradition of the Lower Carniola terroir.

Golden yellow colour with a dense texture.Its bouquet is sophisticated, herbal. We detect mint, yellow apple, tangerine, pomelo, bergamot, underlined by notes of rosemary. Finally, notes of hazelnuts, vanilla, almond blossom, butter and bread crust start to open up.A dry expression with an oily texture, reasonably warm, with crisp freshness and a mineral saltiness. A balanced palate, where freshness elevates its elegance into a structured and lasting journey.

This Chardonnay has a deep golden yellow colour, with a slight amber tinge. The bouquet is intense, of overripe fruit. We notice baked apple, candied orange, dried pineapple, chestnut honey, wood, cedar, roasted hazelnuts, toffee, caramel, thyme and rosemary, and a note of white pepper. The taste is dry, reasonably warm, refreshing, with a touch of tannins. An intense, full-bodied wine with an elegant and lasting aftertaste.Maturation of wine in 225l barrels. 48 hours of mash maceration, controlled fermentation and 100% malolactic.
