Je elegantno rdeče vino iz regije Languedoc v južni Franciji, znane po svojem toplem sredozemskem podnebju. Pridelano je iz sorte Modri pinot, ki mu daje prefinjeno strukturo, sadnost in mehkobo.Vino ima svetlo rubinasto rdečo barvo ter izrazite arome rdečih jagod, češenj in malin, obogatene z nežnimi notami začimb. Na okusu je sveže, srednje telo, z nežnimi tanini in lepo uravnoteženo kislino, kar mu daje odlično pitnost.Odlično se poda k perutnini, svinjini, lažjim mesnim jedem ter mehkim in srednje staranim sirom. Najboljše je, če ga postrežemo rahlo ohlajenega, pri temperaturi 14–16 °C.
