Renski Rizling is plucked at full maturity, when it is already partially attacked by noble rot. We have such a situation three or four times in ten years. It is at least a late harvest, but most of the time we can talk about selective harvesting. Fermentation takes place at lower temperatures to preserve the royal varietal characteristics.The wine has a deep golden yellow color, oily texture, with a pronounced and varied bouquet, reminiscent of ripe peach, linden blossom, pineapple and turns into ripe notes of raisins and dried fruit. Due to the abundance of sugar, the fermentation stops well before the end, so the remaining unrecovered sugar is nicely matched with high and mature acids. This noble wine pampers our palates with a full body and a rich and complex taste that persists in the mouth for a long time. It goes well with desserts such as apple pie or fruit ice cream, and if you are bold enough, you will look for your pleasures in combination with goose liver pate.
The name „Vom Stein“ refers to the soil structure of the vineyards of this Pinot Bianco. Their soil is dominated by dolomite limestone which give this wine its fine structure, elegance and freshness. Beside Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon the grape variety Pinot Bianco is one of the most important varieties for South Tyrol.

Wine is of gentle ruby colour with a still youthful purple hue, almost transparent, which is typical of Pinot Noir. Over time, the ruby hues will transition to brick hues, and the Pinot Noir will indicate noble maturing. Bouquet of wine reminds us of black cherry, a delicate blueberry is noticeable as well; tender bouquet of tobacco leaves, dry wood, and buttery notes are beautifully expressed, as well as woody notes that remind us of the scent of toasted bread, delicate caramel and soot. Taste is sophisticated, delicate, elegant, extremely fruity, youthful, which is the result of a lively acidity, typical for 2020 vintage.
Bombay Sapphire is one of the best known and most delicately perfumed gins in the world. It is made from 10 botanicals: juniper berries, lemon peel, coriander, angelica, orris, grains of paradise, cubeb berries, cassia bark, almonds and liquorice.
Vrbanjka 2017 shows depth and density with complex aromas going from spicy notes of white pepper and nutmeg to fruity aromas reminiscent of raspberry, blueberry, blackberry and underlying hints of dried herbs. The palate is full-bodied, deep and fresh at the same time with a very long finish. Tannins are still quite firm but the wine is already enjoyable. Elegance, complexity, power, finesse and freshness in the glass. It is a wine built for a long ageing. Drink between 2020 and 2032.Single vineyard wine. Grapes for this wine are harvested only from the steepest part of the vineyard, where the growth is regulated by poor, dry stony/marly soils with high proportion of limestone. Poor growing conditions results in small berries, small bunches and low yields what in turn brings concentration and complexity to the wines. Grapes are hand harvested in 15 kg crates, destemmed and whole berry fermented in open vats with 25 days of skin contact. After pressing into stainless steel tank to ensure that ferments are dry and to perform malolactic fermentation, the wine is kept in a second fill French oak barrique barrels and 500 l barrels for 12 months. Wine is not filtered nor fined.Contains sulfites.
