The more than 200-year-old Štoka wine cellar is part of the Karst region. The Štoka family has been making wine for five generations. The brand was first introduced to the market in 1989. Today, the farm covers 30 hectares, 7 of which are vineyards. Refosco, from which teranno is made, represents 70% of all the grapes.

This grapevine grows favorably in our region, for its specificity conditions. The Cabernet Sauvignon is produced similarly like Teran, observing the ancient traditions. The most pronounced effects come from aging in oak barrels for at least three years.

The grapevine Vitovska Grganja has the size and shape of the Teran, and unlike it white fruit. This variety is very old and very common in the Karst. Along with Teran is one among the DOC (denomination of controlled origin). Vitovska Grganja is a very elegant wine, the low alcohol content.
