This wine can be served with all types of beefsteaks and medallions, especially with peppery sauces or garlic truffles. Can also be served with game meat, sheep and goat meat, and medium matured cheeses.

Vinification
Destemmed grapes are macerated from 8 to 14 days. After biological deacidification is performed, the majority of the wine matures in large oak barrels, while some of it matures in stainless steel vats.
