Aroma of ripe sauvignon - black currant-gooseberry, hay, even in the mouth a little pops up. Wine with character.Viinification: 50% Laški Rizling, the rest is Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Handpicked into 10 kg cases and emptied gently into a destemmer. Selected grapes rest in vats up to 4 days of skin contact for spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast. Aged on fine lees for 24 months in 500l and 25hl oak barrels. Blended before bottling. Unfined.
