We pick the best refosco grapes in the end of September. Maceration is longer as grapes contain more phenols, anthocyanins, minerals and aromatic substances, which are of a key importance for higher quality wines. We process it in a combination of stainless steel and wooden pot, which we use to emphasize the mature character of the wine and maintain the aroma of dark fruits, which is genuine for Teran.

Made of grapes, picked in chosen locations of the Karst plain, we have produced the selected Teran Elite. We macerated ripe grapes for a week. They provided a rich wine of strong colour, fine aroma and fruity character. The taste is full and pleasant. Traditionally, it goes well with prosciutto, but also suits grilled dishes.Intense and rich red colour with a slight hue of violet. Fruity bouquet with hints of raspberries, blackberries and other ripe black fruits. Full-bodied taste with a velvet touch of tannins.

Dark ruby red with expresso brown hues. The herbal-spicy aroma evokes black pepper, mint and pine wood. In the background we meet a pleasant violet flower bouquet, fresh fruity notes of blueberry and plum as well as cocoa butter. The mouthfeel is rich and smooht. The finish is slightly spicy with a pleasant silky finish.
