Handpicked grapes. Few hours of maceration of crushed grapes, pressing and must clarification by sedimentation. Fermentation at temperatures between 10°C and 20°C. Four-month wine maturation in stainless steel tanks on the lees.

Semi-sweet Yellow Muscat is a typical representative of authentic Muscat from Styria. Wine is of pale lemon colour, because the variety does not offer many natural dyes from the skin, especially if the wine is produced by protective technology.Intense aroma reminds us of lime, lemon grass, elderflower blossom, orange peel and freshly ground nutmeg, in the end, especially on taste, a ripe pear appears. Taste is pleasant, medium-bodied, full of fruitiness, and has a good harmony in the ratio of residual sugar and a slightly higher acidity characteristic of Yellow Muscat. Wine is well rounded, while its flavours remain long after the last sip.
