Vinification
selection of very ripe grapes, in contact with skins of berries for 24
hours, maturation in used 500 l oak barrels for 3 years,
all fermentation were natural with no added yeasts, with no temperature control

Carolina Rebula is yellow and gold colour. It smells fresh with a fairly developed smell of yellow fruit. In the mouth the wine is dry, tasty, with a distinctive character and an aroma of citrus and field flowers . It has a full, fine taste. The wine is mature but has a promising future.
