Kabaj
The Kabaj Morel Homestead lies in the village of Šlovrenc and is surrounded by 12 hectares of vineyards. Their wines represent their home and themselves. They produce wines that must first satisfy their palate before they present them to others. They are focused on nature, vineyards and soil. All types of wine are aged in French barrels for at least a year, followed by months of ageing in bottles, where the wine perfects its taste. The speciality of the estate and for those searching for something unique is Amfora, wine made in Qvevri vessels that originate in Georgia, the cradle of viticulture.

The color is medium deep garnet. The bouquet is nicely ripe, shows mostly tertiary notes, smells of earth, undergrowth, dried fruit, coffee beans, figs. The wine is dry in the mouth, the character is a bit better. The wine is fully ripe and ready for immediate consumption. Still in very good shape.

Natural sparkling wine, Pet-Nat. Light fresh dry sparkling wine after strawberries and raspberries. Fresh and surprisingly dense. Ripe apple flavors stretch into a long, crisp, mineral finish. Very elegant and refined; earthy, fruity, and funky.
