Vinification
30 hours of cold mash maceration, controlled fermentation. Maturation took place 40% in stainless steel and 60% in wooden barrels.

The Red Amphora represents the next step among our red wines.Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) provides tartnes and hardness, Merlot (50%) gives it softness, juiciness. After 15 months of maturation in barrique it matures for another 12 months in ampfora, where it matures and round off.
