The Prus family home in Krmačina near Metlika radiates the serenity of a pleasant everyday living. Three generations under the same roof symbolise the family’s wine-making tradition. At the Prus Estate, they produce sparkling wines, still wines, predicate wines and a straw wine which is made from dried grapes. They are constantly in search of new methods and procedures for improvement.

Medium light yellow colour. The bouquet is more intense in presenting a scent of asparagus, elderberries, vineyard peaches and yellow fruits. The taste is dry, of moderate acidity, the texture is slightly oily, the flavour quite intense. Medium-bodied with slightly more mature characteristics, with less herbaceous and green notes. Longer aftertaste.

The colour of the wine is yellow with golden shades. The wine is medium aromatic, a gentle aroma reminiscent of spices, liquorice and cloves, a wild rose blossom. The taste gives the wine an impression of luxury, where one can feel the precious noble mould of botrytis, which gives the wine a special charm.
