In front of you is a wine that represents a synonym for family tradition and, at the same time, the pride of our experts who preserve in the wine the reflection of the region, dedication, and respect by hand-picking grapes from carefully selected vineyards. The Cuvee 2016 is composed of five varieties: Chardonnay, Riesling, Welschriesling (Šipon), Sauvignon, and Pinot Gris, each uniquely contributing to a character where freshness and fruitiness alternate with complexity and multilayeredness. The result is reflected in a rich and refined full-bodied wine, with ripe fruit and spice notes that are the result of aging in oak barrels.Medium deep golden-yellow color. The moderately pronounced, calm bouquet indicates both maturity and youth. Ripe apples, a hint of spicy notes reminiscent of cinnamon, and juicy pears. Complex, diverse, and just aromatic enough to show that aroma is one of the key attributes of the region. Dry on the palate, fuller-bodied, with an oily texture, and some yeasty notes detectable. The acidity is lively, higher, and ripe. After five years, the wine is in excellent form, with a more than convincing finish where the aromatic profile pleasantly unfolds and concludes in a long fade.
