Vrbanjka 2017 shows depth and density with complex aromas going from spicy notes of white pepper and nutmeg to fruity aromas reminiscent of raspberry, blueberry, blackberry and underlying hints of dried herbs. The palate is full-bodied, deep and fresh at the same time with a very long finish. Tannins are still quite firm but the wine is already enjoyable. Elegance, complexity, power, finesse and freshness in the glass. It is a wine built for a long ageing. Drink between 2020 and 2032.Single vineyard wine. Grapes for this wine are harvested only from the steepest part of the vineyard, where the growth is regulated by poor, dry stony/marly soils with high proportion of limestone. Poor growing conditions results in small berries, small bunches and low yields what in turn brings concentration and complexity to the wines. Grapes are hand harvested in 15 kg crates, destemmed and whole berry fermented in open vats with 25 days of skin contact. After pressing into stainless steel tank to ensure that ferments are dry and to perform malolactic fermentation, the wine is kept in a second fill French oak barrique barrels and 500 l barrels for 12 months. Wine is not filtered nor fined.Contains sulfites.

Kremni med z ingverjem vsebuje dve domači sestavini:med (97,5%), ki ga pridelajo čebele na naših in okoliških travnikih teringver (2,5%), ki ga gojimo na naši zemlji.Kremni med ni termično obdelan in je popolnoma naraven. Kremni med z ingverjem je zaradi svoje kremne in goste strukture posebej primeren kot namaz za na kruh (priporočamo ajdov kruh). Jutro lahko pričneš z bogato sadno solato in ji dodaš še žličko kremnega medu.Lahko ga uporabiš tudi pri slanih jedeh, kot so ajdovi žganci, popražena svinjina z zelenjavo ali piščanec v sladki omaki (na kitajski način, v voku).Je odličen dodatek hladnim poletnim napitkom (beri: limonada, domač ledeni čaj), saj te bo ingver napolnil z energijo in te odžejal!Seveda je primeren tudi za sladkosnede. Ingverjevi piškoti ali osvežilen jabolčni zavitek bodo vedno šli v promet!Če si želiš zaužiti vse naravne sestavine, ki jih premore med, priporočamo, da ga ne segrevaš oziroma ne dodajaš tekočinam nad 38 stopinj, saj se tako uničijo nekatere učinkovine. Kljub temu se ga pogosto uporablja pri peki, saj s svojo aromo in naravno sladkostjo obogati okus.Rok trajanja: Za med je značilna njegova dolgotrajnost, če se ga hrani ob določenih pogojih. Še nikoli odprt je primeren za užitje tudi tri ali več let od datuma polnjena. Po odprtju kozarčka priporočamo, da ga porabiš v 6 mesecih.

The base wines of T2016 come exclusively from the heart of the cuvée and give pride of place to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. T2016 ages 5 years and 9 months in cellars, then rests 12 months after disgorging before finally reaching your tables.The delicate chiseled nose opens with aromas of spoon biscuit, grapefruit, orange peel and almond.In the mouth, the effervescence immediately melts into the body of the wine. We then perceive a more exotic character in retro-olfaction, with passion fruit, pineapple and lime.It is at this precise moment that the physical presence of the wine takes over, carried by its crisp acidity which dissipates with shale minerality and aromas of honey and brioche with candied fruit.
