Gentle lemon colors with golden hues. The flower is moderately accentuated, still youthful despite its years, fairly primary, fruity, but there is no lack of maturing notes. Hay, lemon, meadow, a little bit of apples, nuts. Also spicy. Very dry in the mouth, lighter in body but full of flavor, with a fine texture of bubbles that few sparkling wines possess. Almost closer to blanc del blanc in style. The taste in the mouth is delicate, elaborate.
