Rdeča Carolina je srednje intenzivne granatno rdeče barve. Na nosu je vino elegantno in zorjeno, z zaznavnim vonjem po češnjah in češnjevi marmeladi. V ustih je vino suho, sočno, z elegantnimi zrelimi tanini. Karakter v ustih je intenziven, zaznati je popraste in eksotične začimbe, pa tudi čokolado in zorenje v lesu. Zelo kompleksno vino z dolgim pookusom in dolgim življenjem.
Sorta: Cabernet Sauvignon 75 %, Merlot 15 %, Cabernet Franc 5 %
Geografsko poreklo: Vinorodni okoliš Goriška Brda, ki ga karakterizirata gričevnat relief in blago submediteransko podnebje.
Vinifikacija: Grozdje maceriramo en mesec. Vino nato zori 24 mesecev v 225 litrskih sodih pri konstantni temperaturi in vlažnosti. Uporabljamo 50 % slavonskega hrasta, 47 % francoskega Alliera in 3 % francoskega Troncaise hrasta.

The selected Teran PTP is the pride and greatest attraction of the Karst. It originates from the Refošk variety on a special red soil, which can only be found in the Karst. The color of Teran is intense, ruby red, and its taste is reminiscent of forest fruits.The Lisjak family regularly analyzes the soil, leaves and grapes before harvesting. Only when all measurements meet the conditions do they set a harvest date. Maceration of Teran lasts for seven days, after which the wine rests in oak barrels for another year.
