The grapes were cultivated in the top locations of Kog, Vinski Vrh, and Mali Brebovnik, in a nature-friendly manner. Sauvignon is medium-bodied, mineral, and fresh. It is distinguished by an intense varietal bouquet, intertwining the aromas of gooseberry, citrus fruits, elderberry, and passion fruit.
