Sauvignon from Sauvignon grapes vinified as a white wine. It has a brilliant straw-yellow colour with light greenish highlights. Its aroma is intense, persistent, and fruity with a pleasant hint of elderflower. Its taste is full and dry, elegant and balanced.
The wine is left to age on the lees in stainless steel tanks for about six months and a few months in the bottle
To be paired with shellfish in general, seafood risotto, and white fish in sauce. It is exceptionally good with lobster and crayfish in simple recipes.

The wine is a gentle golden yellow color. The bouquet is youthful, pleasant, just right intense. It smells of elderflowers, tropical fruits, lemons, limes, even spicy. In the mouth dry, with a rich texture, salty, moderate acids and a stronger body.Classic harvest towards the end of August, short, a few hours of maceration, pressing and 21 days of temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel containers. After the flow, the wine matured in stainless steel containers with stirring - bâtonnage (three times a week - half a year) for the next 9 months.

After the harvest of a perfectly healthy and very ripe grape, the wine was macerated for about 20 days in home-made oak barrels. The fermentation took place with its own yeasts, at an uncontrolled temperature, and the wine then matured in these barrels for less than a year.It is a deep golden yellow color, grapefruit on the nose, lime also acacia flower. Fruity in the mouth, fresh and at the same time rich with pleasant tannins in the background and a long aftertaste.

Vintage Tunina is a field blend made of Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Ribolla gialla,Malvasia and little percentage of a sweet local grape variety. It is bright straw-colored with golden reflections.The nose is intense, wide, very elegant and persistent with scents of honey and country flowers. To the palate it is dry, soft, well balanced with an extraordinary persistence due to its full body. It matches with first courses with truffles with fish dishes and poultry. It is a great match with fresh salmon stuffed with parmesan cheese and artichokes.
