A whisky only Jura could make, born on Jura island and still produced today in a bottle originally shaped to withstand the roughest of journeys from home. Crafted in exceptionally tall stills and matured for 10 years in America White Oak ex bourbon barrels.
The finishing touch is a finish in the finest aged Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. A sweet, smooth whisky with flavours of rich dark chocolate and vanilla cream throughout.

The wine is yellow with a green tinge, medium-lasting foam with coarser bubbles. These are a source of natural CO2 and originate from a single point at the bottom of the glass. In the form of chains or they travel independently towards the surface and join at the edge. The aroma expresses freshness and discreet fruity aroma.The wine has a rounded taste with emphasized harmony and an unobtrusively bouquet.

Broken Bones Old Tom Gin is a fresh junipery and subtle citrusy gin with a unique character based on traditional recipe with a distinctive Slovenian origin.It is produced with the same recipe as their London Dry Gin that includes selected local juniper and rosehip from Slovenia’s Karst region together with linden flowers, coriander, cardamom, angelica, liquorice, lemon zest and other traditional botanicals. Slovene linden honey is added after the distillation to enhance aromatic sweetness.Gin is not filtered which helps gin retain its aroma. As this means some honey might precipitate out of the solution so it is necessary to shake bottle before use.
