It displays a golden yellow colour with slight haziness and a dense texture.It has an intense and refined, fruit-driven bouquet. We perceive ripe apricot, peach, baked apples, yellow plum, grape berries soaked in alcohol, dried mango and pineapple slices, candied orange. Followed by chamomile, black tea, lemongrass, nettle and thyme. The following swirl evokes white pepper, toffee, caramel, autumn leaves, and finally, a hint of flintstone.Lunar feels youthful and soft on the palate, but the interplay of crisp freshness and mineral salinity takes centre stage. We perceive pleasant tannins that express its unique production process.Lunar has an intense taste. It boasts a vigorous body of complex structure, with accentuated elegance and a lasting persistency.

Extremely harmonious cuvee of Malvasia, Klarnica and Rebula.The wine stays in contact with the skins for a month. Fermentation takes place spontaneously, according to the old Vipava custom of long macerations without temperature control, only the vessel is more modern, made of stainless steel. Further maturation takes place in barrels made of Makovec's acacia (robinia) trunks by the Kuzma cooperative.The wine has the color of old gold with shades of red, many tears or shit predict high extracts. The aroma is fruity, after very ripe apricots, melons, strawberries.Its warmth is expressed in the mouth, the nice balance between acid and alcohol is underlined by mature tannins, the aftertaste is adorned with honey notes. The wine is perfect in combination with wild shoots, grilled sardines, autumn pumpkin dishes or winter pork.The vineyards are located in the central part of the Vipava Valley, where the mild Mediterranean climate from the karst plateau and the harsher Notranjska-continental mix.The wines reflect the intertwining of tradition and newer approaches. The way it is processed, the sunny position and the modest marl soil make the wines unique.Contains sulfite.

The scent-anticipated story continues in the mouth. The wine is in perfect harmony, elegant. A distinct presence of herbal notes. The tannins are quite soft. Followed by a long, fuity finish, Cabernet Franc is clearly an elegant Batič wine.

Strong tanic structure shows it is a vine for ageing. Rich full-bodied, mineral and elegant wine.Hand harvest of biodynamic cultivated grapes with selection of clusters in the vinyard. Forty-five days skin contact maceration of crushed grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast present on the grapes. Malolactic fermentation. Pressing and two year maturation of the wine in traditional old oak barrels. Bottling without filtration with minimal addition of sulphur.
