The fragrances are nicely intertwined in a harmonious manner, creating a sense of unity.
It is dry on the palate, with an extra lift of intensity that enriches the tasting experience. Medium-bodied, with lower acidity, it presents a broad, warm palette of aromas.

The wine is of a gentle golden yellow color, slightly cloudy and unfiltered. The bouquet is accentuated, clear, fruity and beautifully varietal defined. In addition to the expected stone fruits, we also find honey, apples, cloves and cinnamon.Widely inviting. In the mouth, the wine is dry, medium-bodied, with nice acids that are slightly higher than in Istria. The real beauty of this Malvasia happens in the mouth, where it is very tasty, varied, we also find a slight touch of wood. With a nice texture, it spreads nicely across the mouth. Excellent, brought to the limit and with a very long aftertaste.The best between 2019 and 2025.
