Medium intense salmon colour. Fine natural bubbles indicate a sophisticated Rose with the desired freshness strongly expressed. Clear, as morning dew. A bit sweeter.Pure fruity aromas of raspberry, cherry and wild strawberry with hints of yellow fruit in the background. Its rich body, fruitiness and the touch of the new moon all contribute to the wine’s pleasant harmony.

On the nose you get notes of red fruits, strawberries raspberries and a hint of caramel. We have similar aromatic perception on the palate. Wine is dry, with pleasant freshness and roundness. Grapes were hand-picked in 15 kg crates, crushed with no skin contact and fermented on 15-18°C for two weeks in a stainless-steel tank. Wine was aged on lees for a couple of months before being racked, fined, roughly filtered and bottled in April.

Clear lemon in colour. The nose is fruity and fragrant. Lively and mineral, the Petit Chablis has layers of juicy white nectarine and peach flavours that result in a fresh finish.Whole bunches were collected into a pneumatic press. The fruit was settled for 12 hours at 12 to 15°C in specially designed wide tanks, resulting in very clear juice. Fermentation lasted for two weeks at 16°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then aged for six months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. Minimum filtration took place to preserve the natural character of the wine.The vines are cared for in the same way as the Domaine's own, with utmost attention paid to maintaining the lively, mineral fruit character that typifies good Chablis. The Petit Chablis was harvested according to the ripeness of each plot. Winemaker Grégory Viennois refers to Chardonnay's 'two-day window', once each parcel has ripened it is harvested within two days.Contains sulfites.
