The colour is golden yellow and lively. The bouquet is extremely complex. The wine combines the aromas of dried flowers, especially chamomile, herbs, mature and dried fruit and honey. A gentle, medium-bodied wine with just enough freshness. Highly mineral, harmonious and elegant.Manual harvest of selected biodynamic grown grapes sorted in the vineyard. All varieties are harvested at the same time. One week maceration of the grape mash and spontaneous fermentation with own yeast. Mild pressing and one-year maturation of the wine in a big traditional oak old wooden barrel in which the process of malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine matures on its own lees without flow for one year. Bottling with minimal addition of sulphur without filtration.

This Sauvignon Blanc glows with a clear, golden yellow colour in our glass. The texture is dense as the swirl calms down quickly. We notice slowly creeping tears along the walls.Its bouquet is alluring, intense with aromas of papaya, mango, ripe pineapple, dried yellow roses and acacia, as well as honey, candied lemons, tangerine, vanilla, anise, butter dough, thyme and a slight note of white pepper.The taste is intense, it has an oily feel, but at the same time, it refreshes us and leaves a pleasant mineral salinity on the palate. Perceptions of ripe tropical fruit, sweet spices, and a slight caramel note are detected. This Sauvignon boasts a complex structure and an intense, long-lasting, elegant taste.Its characteristics make it ideal for pairing with Asian food, various sashimi, or dishes that the masters have enriched with yuzu citrus. It will also go well with complex, Haut-cuisine dishes assembled with fish or white meat.

Ruby red color with slight violet shades. Aromas of red fruits such as redcurrant, cherry, fresh sour cherries. The wine is fresh, pleasant and slightly tannic on the palate.Separate harvest of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in search of optimal ripeness of grapes. This is followed by maceration with the duration of fermentation, pressing and flowing into wooden oak barrels (225l) from various French oaks, where the wine matured during mixing - bâtonnage (three times a week in the first year of maturation) for 30 months. Unfiltered filling and additional maturation in the bottle.

A wine of dark ruby red, almost black colour. The Amfora bottle is a designer masterpiece that showcases our best-selling wines. Hand harvested grapes from the best sections of the vineyards are processed and aged in oak barrels and the clay amphorae recessed into the cellar floor. Contact with the skin is long and the wine has time to enrich itself with all the goodness of the grape and to develop a blossom which indicates full maturity. These are wines for formal occasions, special dishes, and sophisticated company.
