The selected Teran PTP is the pride and greatest attraction of the Karst. It originates from the Refošk variety on a special red soil, which can only be found in the Karst. The color of Teran is intense, ruby red, and its taste is reminiscent of forest fruits.
The Lisjak family regularly analyzes the soil, leaves and grapes before harvesting. Only when all measurements meet the conditions do they set a harvest date. Maceration of Teran lasts for seven days, after which the wine rests in oak barrels for another year.

Cabernet sauvignon grows very well on the Karst. Maceration lasts from three weeks to a month. Lisjak’s Cabernet Sauvignon is matured for six years, two of which in new oak barrels, two years in once used barrels and one year in bottles.
