The “Signature” of our oenologist Dimitri Bazas, this Bourgogne Chardonnay comes from a selection of our best barrels of Chardonnay. The grapes are grown in the classic regions of Puligny, Meursault, and Rully. This harmonious blend gives it both the classic character of Chardonnay from the Côte d’Or and the floral elegance typical of the Côte Châlonnaise.
Bright color, yellow gold with golden highlights. Strong aromatic intensity. The nose is rich and well opened, with notes of exotic fruits and white flowers, notes of caramel and vanilla on a background of toasted bread.
Fresh on the palate, an opulent body, smooth and round.
At the finish, a good aromatic persistence of the fruit, united with a good balance between the acidity and the roundness.

These vineyards cover the hilly slopes of Aloxe-Corton and Savigny-lès-Beaune. There are only four Premier Crus Pinot Noirs: “Les Fichots”, “En Caradeux”, “Creux de la Net”, “Iles des Hautes et Basses Vergelesses”. Two new “clos” have also received the appellation Premier Cru: “Clos du Village” and “Clos Berthier”.Pale golden colour with hints of silver. Good aromatic intensity and good transparency. The nose opens on white flower, citrus and wild mint notes, with a mineral touch. Frank, fresh and elegant attack. On the palate, the wine is mineral, harmonious and rich, with a long and persistent finish.

The Pinot Noir varietal is at the basis of all red Burgundy appellations, from the most modest to the most prestigious.Dark ruby colour with purple highlights.The nose is very open, with notes of small black fruit and vanilla on a finely woody background.Fresh on the palate, supple and round.A lively and structured wine, with tannins that are present but coated.The finish is tart.

The vineyards of Pernand-Vergelesses are in a very hilly area, stretching over the slopes between Aloxe-Corton and Savigny-lès-Beaune. Pernand-Vergelesses has only six Premier Crus : “Les Fichots”, “En Caradeux”, “Creux de la Net”, “Ile des Vergelesses”, “Les Vergelesses” and “Les Plantes des Champs et Combottes”. This village is located at an altitude of between 250 to 350 m.Beautiful garnet colour. Aromatic, with sophisticated notes of spice. Some extracts of red fruit such as blackcurrant or cherry on floral notes of violet. On the palate, the attack is fresh and mineral with aromas of a well-balanced fruit. The wine is vibrant.
