This wine is a selection of the smallest berries that ripen in our warmest locations. The wine has a strong texture and a high concentration of sweet extract.The wine is a gentle pink color. The bouquet is medium accentuated, sophisticated. In addition to fruit notes (raspberry), we also find floral ones. Dry wine of higher acids and medium body with a nice fruity aroma that is quite varied. With a longer aftertaste. Very nice rose.
On the nose you get notes of red fruits, strawberries raspberries and a hint of caramel. We have similar aromatic perception on the palate. Wine is dry, with pleasant freshness and roundness. Grapes were hand-picked in 15 kg crates, crushed with no skin contact and fermented on 15-18°C for two weeks in a stainless-steel tank. Wine was aged on lees for a couple of months before being racked, fined, roughly filtered and bottled in April.
The wine is a delicate salmon color, produced by the charmat method from the Pinot Noir variety. It’s a lighter, livelier sparkling wine with leftover sugar that follows trends. It enchants with its freshness and intense bouquet of berries and cranberries.
Intense ruby with purple hues. The intense scent is reminiscent of blackberries, blueberries and ripe cherries and blends beautifully with the delicate ripe aroma of wood. A beautiful elegant wine that concludes with a medium-long aftertaste, in which cherries and pleasant tannins are beautifully expressed.
The result of the finest selection of rums aged up to ten years in oak barriques with a high toast degree, subsequently filtered from real Onix stones to obtain a rum with intense, deep notes and a unique character.
The BIO SALAMI is made from pork and bacon. The best selection of meats and bacon is not ground, but cut into cubes. The salami is left to mature for at least a year in order to allow the full development of ripe fragrances.
