Stronger, with higher ripe acidity. Lively and open in the mouth. An abundance of oily texture and good fruit. Caramel, butter, saltiness and full taste are attributes that convince in the mouth.
Calm, with a much more moderate alcohol level than in the past, when often times heat would prevail. This time the variety and origin dominate. Long aftertaste.
Sauvignon Goričko
Rich wine with complex aromatics and extremely long aftertaste. The flower is ripe, over wood, bread crust and spices. In the mouth, the wine is dry, full and mineral.

Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast only, 5 days of skin contact. Aged on fine lees for 15 months in 600l French Haute Futaie oak barrels and 30hl oak cask. Unfined and unfiltered.

The wine is a dark ruby colour with violet shades. The bouquet is intense, elegante and fruity (blackcurrant, chocolate, paper and oak). Fully-body wine, intense and bold, but not hot and robust. A tasty wine, rich in fruity tastes with a sweet tannin structure that leaves a long aftertaste. A great wine whose time is on his side.
