Modra Frankinja Plus is made of specially harvested grapes from the estate's oldest vines, which have been macerated separately and gently pressed. In the wine, winemaker managed to capture all the tannin silkiness, tenderness and grace that this variety can offer.

Fruity predominates; the taste of black currant and the spiciness of black pepper complement each other nicely. It is a rounded wine with a long aftertaste (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne).It is a varietal recognizable, fruity, elegant fresh wine that can be drunk with various snacks - finger food. It has a softer structure than refošk and accordingly the dishes should be less spicy. Cabernet sauvignon is a pleasant accompaniment to blue fish, the dark parts of poultry, which should be prepared as simply and easily as possible. Combinations with various pastas (noodles, ravioli, cannelloni), natural steak, veal livers with mussels in red buzara, stuffed zucchini or peppers and various other vegetable and meat dishes are also pleasant. Red Carolina is of medium-strong garnet red colour. It has an elegant smell; it is matured, with a distinctive smell of cherries and cherry jam. In the mouth the wine is dry, tasty, with fine ripe tannins. The wine is strong, with the flavour of pepper, exotic spices, and chocolate, maturing in the wood. A very complex vine with long after taste and long life.

The " Corton " are grand crus from the commune of Aloxe Corton - North of the Côte de Beaune - and are located on the famous " Rognon de Corton ". More than half of the surface of the vineyard of Aloxe Corton is planted in Grand Cru, which is exceptional in Burgundy. The exposure varies between South and South West.The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates in order to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The grapes are then carefully sorted by hand and destemmed. Maceration of the grapes takes place in open wooden or stainless steel vats for 3 to 4 weeks. The vats are pumped over twice a day during the fermentation. The wine is aged for about 18 months in barrels from our cooperage, of which about a third are new.Deep, rich and spicy, this red evokes a pleasant earthiness underlying cherry and strawberry fruit. Firm tannins support the long finish, while the whole is harmonious and complex. Fresh and juicy finish.
