Four years of sitting on yeast, it is the youngest sparkling wine of the Medot Homestead, but already shows the character and characteristics of serious champagnes.The tiny and subtle bubbles are vibrant and energetic. Yellow-green and gold - the intertwining of freshness and ripeness is noticeable at first sight. Pastries and white fruits, citrus fruits, and a full and harmonious minerality can be detected, ending in a convincing and long finish. The wine nose is fresh, fruity, mineral. The predominant note is ripe Golden Delicious, overlaid with the scent of white peach and almond blossom. In the background, we notice the gentle autolytic notes of four years of sitting on the yeast.

Medot Extra-Brut Cuvée is a great example of the realised potential of rebula in sparkling wines, which after minimal of five years of sitting on yeast, with all the characteristics of the best champagnes, with its freshness, invites our next sip.Harmonious, balanced and full taste. The elegant acidity blends nicely with the taste of ripe fruit, honey, almonds and citrus fruits in fine bubbles. Everything is nicely rounded off with a long aftertaste of biscuit and bread crust. The departure is long, mineral and lasting.On the nose initially ripe, elegant, with a delicate aroma of honey, brioche and bread crust. Then floral (acacia, blackthorn) and citrus notes (lemon zest, bergamot) predominate, which blend nicely with the mineral notes of marl.

Gentle lemon colours with golden hues. The bouquet is ripe, full and rich. Aroma of white flowers, honey, with clear yeast notes and slightly perceptible notes of red fruits. Very dry in the mouth, medium body, the acids are high and the texture of the bubbles is very delicate and sophisticated.Bjana Blanc de Noir is the first Slovenian white sparkling wine Pinot Noir. Sparkling wine Bjana Blanc De Noir does not have as strong bofy as Cuvee Prestige. Although it is made of Pinot Noir but it is not in pink colour as Brut rose. According to the sugar level, it falls into the category of extra brut (3 to 6 g / l of sugar) and is not as very dry as Brut zero, but it is drier than Brut.
