This wine is made with two touches. First touch is done during the harvest, when we pick the grapes; Pinot Grigio grapes are destemmed and poured in barrique barrels. And second, when we do batonage and add wine for 7 months. After 7 months we pour wine into the bottles. Lunar has no added sulphur.
7 months with maceration in oak barrels with customized innox opening.

Nose
Its bouquet is intense, mostly fruity. We notice aromas of ripe apricot, peach, red apple, yellow fig, grapes soaked in alcohol, mango and pineapple. Candied orange is joined by notes of dandelion, wild mint and thyme.
Taste
The wine is dry, soft, but it leaves stage to lively freshness, minerality and accentuated tannins. A wine of intensity and decisiveness. Lasting persistency and elegance that looks forward to its long future.
