Fruity predominates; the taste of black currant and the spiciness of black pepper complement each other nicely. It is a rounded wine with a long aftertaste (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne).It is a varietal recognizable, fruity, elegant fresh wine that can be drunk with various snacks - finger food. It has a softer structure than refošk and accordingly the dishes should be less spicy. Cabernet sauvignon is a pleasant accompaniment to blue fish, the dark parts of poultry, which should be prepared as simply and easily as possible. Combinations with various pastas (noodles, ravioli, cannelloni), natural steak, veal livers with mussels in red buzara, stuffed zucchini or peppers and various other vegetable and meat dishes are also pleasant. The color is medium deep garnet. The bouquet is nicely ripe, shows mostly tertiary notes, smells of earth, undergrowth, dried fruit, coffee beans, figs. The wine is dry in the mouth, the character is a bit better. The wine is fully ripe and ready for immediate consumption. Still in very good shape.
