In color, it expresses gentle green-yellow shades, which end with a recognizable varietal flower and the elegance of the gentle sparkling of tiny bubbles. The taste is elegant and creamy, ending with a structured and distinctly complex aftertaste, which is the result of 36 months of maturation on yeasts. It goes well with smoked salmon, mussels, white meat and soft cheeses. It is also excellent as an aperitif.
