Refošk Reserve has an intense ruby red color with a youthful violet shade. On the nose, the wine is extremely complex and shows us that it matured in wooden oak barrels for more than 30 months. It surprises us with notes of jams and marmalades (plum, raspberry, and sour cherry), coffee, and chocolate. In the body, the wine is still fresh and lively with almost velvet-like tannins and a taste of ripe and over-ripe fruits. In the mouth, the wine is fresh and sparkling with almost velvety tannins and a rich body of ripe and overripe berries. The aftertaste is fresh and fruity and shows excellent aging potential.
It is excellent with grilled meat dishes, Florentine steak; a remarkable combination is beef steak with truffles.

Cviček is reddish wine, protected and produced only in Slovenia in wine district Dolenjska. It is a special production, because winemakers they don’t mix grapes, they mix wines red and white. This wine is not for ageing.The smell is gentle, but beautifully weird, especially for cviček. In addition to red fruits, which are necessary for every Cviček, we can also find some spices and floral aromas. Wine is dry in the mouth, with high acidity.

The wine is a gentle golden yellow color. The youthful bouquet is beautifully defined, smelling of fruit, acacia flowers and almonds. In the mouth, the wine is lively, medium-bodied, with pleasant fruitiness and minerality. It offers us a wonderful harmony between freshness and richness. In the aftertaste, we are pampered by the fullness and pleasant creamy notes of vanilla and bitter almonds.
