The vividness and freshness of the wine Bendžo is reflected by a lemon-yellow colour, upgraded with a bouquet of native herbs, local plants, green peppers, elderflower and even hay. In the mouth, a well-crafted freshness of the cuvee from Brda terroir, the minerality and the character of the Sauvignonasse variety stands out, especially of those produced on the flysch, soil typical for terroir Brda.

Deep ruby red color with bluish undertones (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne). The smell is very intense; lots of black currants and blackberries combined with spices and recognizable black pepper (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne). It is pleasantly fresh and elegant in the mouth; the tannins are extremely velvety. Fruity predominates; the taste of black currant and the spiciness of black pepper complement each other nicely. It is a rounded wine with a long aftertaste (oenologist Claude Gros, Narbonne). It is a varietal recognizable, fruity, elegant fresh wine that can be drunk with various snacks - finger food. It has a softer structure than refošk and accordingly the dishes should be less spicy. Cabernet sauvignon is a pleasant accompaniment to blue fish, the dark parts of poultry, which should be prepared as simply and easily as possible. Combinations with various pastas (noodles, ravioli, cannelloni), natural steak, veal livers with mussels in red buzara, stuffed zucchini or peppers and various other vegetable and meat dishes are also pleasant. Cheers and good luck! "

The Cabernet Sauvignon is certainly the most popular varieties in the world to produce wines of great quality and longevity. This grapevine grows favorably in our region, for its specificity conditions. The Cabernet Sauvignon is produced similarly like Teran, observing the ancient traditions. The most pronounced effects come from aging in oak barrels for at least three years.

The Master Blender then selects the most expressive casks, those which best reveal the fruity and vanilla notes.
