On the nose it is quite complex and rich. We notice a characteristic smell of black pepper. When we turn the wine in a glass and the smells of forest fruits are added to the day, we can also detect strawberries and raspberries with a pinch of juniper berries.
In the mouth it is fresh and elegant, medium-bodied. Tannins are present but rounded. In the mouth we notice the taste of raspberries and the spiciness of black pepper with a hint of cardamom.
An indispensable accompaniment to good prosciutto and other cured meat products, grilled dishes and pasta with red sauces.
