A vine variety cultivated in selected grounds for various bottlings. Characteristic all of them is preservation of variety purity and mineral containment, a reflection of soil and position under southern hillside of majestic Pohorje. Wine complexity is given by smaller vine load, along with conscientious and attentive work of winegrowers and cellarmen. Wines are distinguished by harmony, freshness and an easy-drinking caracter: which is the result of acidity ratio and sugar remains from different bottlings. The in-bottle ripening gives to the wines the different qualities and distinction from the classics of this vines kind.

A full-body and distinct minerality complete the balance of freshness and smoothnessHand harvest of biodynamic cultivated grapes. Short maceration of crushed grapes, pressing and must decantation. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast present on the grapes. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Six months maturation of the wine on the lees in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Bottling without filtration according to biodynamic calendar with minimal sulphur addition.

Crystal wine, pure and golden yellow in color.The bouquet is elegant and reveals aromas of yellow plum, quince, pineapple and mango. At the same time we notice candied lemon and a note of floral honey. The taste is intense and soft. Alcohols are nicely incorporated into the structure. The freshness washes your mouth nicely and leaves perceptions of minerality. A wine of fullness and noble elegance. Very persistent taste in which the aromas of quince, ripe honey melons and sweet spices are reflected.
