Cabernet sauvignon is wine for beautiful moments of everyday life, it is simple yet complex, as is life itself. The taste confirms the expectations triggered by the bouquet, and we are especially pleased with the balance of alcohol, acids and tannins. The latter only show their true strength in the aftertaste and arrange for a long departure, which thoroughly “cleans” the mouth and prepares them for a new bite or sip.
