The wine Alfonz was created in memory of the grandfather, his knowledge, tradition, and the family that exactly 100 years ago (in 1923) purchased the first 2 hectares of vineyard from Count Teuffenbach and produced their first own wine. We incorporate the traditional winemaking methods from that time and a modern stylization, which give the wine its distinctiveness, vibrancy, and liveliness – a true proof and stamp of the terroir.The grapes were grown according to high environmental standards, hand-harvested exclusively, and processed into wine using technologies with a low environmental footprint.Vinification: Immediately after harvesting the technologically ripe grapes, they were roasted, crushed, and cooled to 8°C before being transferred to a fermentation vessel, where cold maceration took place for 5 days. The grapes were then gently pressed, and the must was transferred into stainless steel tanks, where controlled fermentation occurred at 16°C. After the fermentation was completed, the wine aged in the tanks for an additional 12 months.

The vividness and freshness of the wine Bendžo is reflected by a lemon-yellow colour, upgraded with a bouquet of native herbs, local plants, green peppers, elderflower and even hay. In the mouth, a well-crafted freshness of the cuvee from Brda terroir, the minerality and the character of the Sauvignonasse variety stands out, especially of those produced on the flysch, soil typical for terroir Brda.
The wine is a yellow hay colour with shades of golden yellow. The aroma is reminiscent of citrus fruits, ripe peaches and grapefruit which intertwines with the aroma of bread crusts. In the mouth is a wine full of flavor with a pleasant freshness and long aftertaste.
The wine is of a pomegranate red colour with shades of ruby red. The aroma and the taste is reminiscent of blackberries, cocoa and roasted coffee. The wine is elegant and suitable to be served throughout the entire meal.
Wine has dark ruby colour, with hints of violet shades. Wine is typical for the variety with aromas reminiscent of wild berry fruits, especially black currants and blueberries, as well as green pepper, even mint and cedar. The mouthfeel is complex, harmonious and soft, full bodied with soft tannins. Let this wine makes your day!
Crnogorski cabernet is a wine with rich extracts, a complex and pleasant aroma reminiscent of violets, and a rich and harmonious taste. Its soft tannins give the wine fullness and round off the pleasant flavors of blackberry and blackcurrant.
Wine reflects an intense yellow colour with green undertones. The maturity of the harvested grapes is reflected in the wine, which is rich, complex, even slightly spicy. The nose reminds of tropical and local fruits, especially pineapple, peach, apples, mango, melons and more. On the palate, wine is fresh with nice acidity and minerality. Complexity, which in the mouth works smoothly and velvety.

Crnogorski Val is a sparkling white wine, produced by the classic method of subsequent fermentation in the bottle. The wine is crystal clear, straw yellow in color with a golden sheen. Discreetly rounded scent of green apple, peach and toasted bread. Very drinkable and fresh tasting, supplemented with yeast aromas. It has persistent and pleasant bubbles, which make it lively and fresh on the palate. Fine beading ends in a thin and persistent foam.
Unique cuvee of two grape varieties Vranac and Petit Verdot, alluring us for years by their grandeur, was made of the selected harvest, covering less than 1 ha of the vineyard. Our Vranac has expressed all its extravagance at the very aftertaste and Petit Verdot has complemented the power of this cuvee with the selected harvest and full maturity. After fermentation in the oak big barrels, aging in the best French barriques as well as in a bottle, for a certain period of time, this wine, in matt violet colour, offers its subtle, tannin structure, customized to Vranac, following nicely the intense fruitiness, first of the ripe plum, black cherry and blackberry. Spicy notes of licorice have been interwoven in the aftertaste that proves that it is a great wine, wine, while the structure and pleasant acids promise longevity and further evolution in the bottle.
Top quality red wine obtained from cabernet sauvignon and merlot grapes, from Ćemovsko polje. The wine has an intense ruby red color. The aroma is layered, fruity with hints of sweet root and hints of coffee and chocolate in the background. The taste is full and complex with ripe and juicy tannins. Ripe dark fruit dominates, interwoven with the finest tones of dark chocolate and coffee.
It was named after the eponymous native white variety Krstač, which has grown in the vineyards of Podgorica from ancient times. This variety has a specific berry size and form which resembles a cross, after which it got its name.Wine of light golden color with green reflection. The fruity aroma of peach and pear. A soft, juicy taste and a refreshing finish. The light structure makes the wine drinkable and suitable for any occasion.
Montenegrin grape brandy is made with a combination of two indigenous grape varieties Vranac and Kratošija. Specifics of both varieties come to the fore by aging in inox tanks at least a year. This brandy is colorless, with mildly developed aromas distinctive for Vranac and Kratošija, rounded taste and very drinkable. With a special selection of grapes, processing method and distillate blending, from year to year, this brandy is of high quality.Pairing with food:It is served cooled at a temperature of 9 – 13°C. It is recommended both as an aperitif and a digestive. In Montenegro, it is traditionally served with dried figs, raisins and walnuts. It can also be used for making cocktails.
Light yellow wine with greenish reflection, intense aroma, and distinctive fruity freshness. It is characteristic by its full aromas of ripe apricots, fresh pear juice, and acacia flowers. Rounded, vibrant and stable with peaches and apricots in the aftertaste. Refreshing lime aroma makes this wine attractive to everyone.It goes well with homemade cheeses, smoked carp, trout and seafood. A great recommendation is grilled sea bream or sea bass, octopus under the sacha, gratinated sen-jack mussels, salads with chicken, as well as a good pasta with parmesan and olive oil.
The colour of the wine is dark, red ruby. On nose, distinct aromas of dark berry fruit with prevailing blackcurrant. On taste, it is easy-drinking, full bodied, rounded with good acids, similar aromas as well as on nose. The notes of black cherry and blueberry are pronounced in the intense aftertaste of fruity character.
Wine is fruity, nose reminds red local fruits, such as mature cherries, mulberries raspberries and blackberries. The mouthfeel is harmonious and smooth, medium bodied, with pleasant soft tannins.
Grown on a 1 ha plot in Cemovsko polje and absorbing the best from sunshine and rocks, you may find Merlot with the hallmark of the Montenegrin terroir. Typical for the southern wines, it leaves the impression of fullness, juiciness as well as of soft, velvety tannins. Extracted, mature, creamy with supple acids. Discreet, velvety notes of chocolate and mocca have been interwoven in the impressive aftertaste, completing the potential of this specific variety. This great wine expresses its loftiness thanks mostly to its luxurious, aromatic structure, led by fruity notes of succulent cherry, currant and blueberry as well as maturity, reached in the heart of our cellar.
