Wine is driven by yellow fruits (peach, apricot) and slightly floral aromas supported with tropical aromas and a hint of dry herbs on the nose. Wine is medium bodied, mineral, fresh with a long and pleasant after taste. Typical fresh blend from Bela Krajina with a modern twist.

Vinification
Grapes were hand-picked in 15 kg crates, fermented separately in stainless-steel tanks a 15-18°C for 10 days and aged on gross lees for 7 months. Final blend was made after racking and before fining and a rough filtration. Bottled in July.

The wine is a gentle golden yellow color. The bouquet is youthful, pleasant, just right intense. It smells of elderflowers, tropical fruits, lemons, limes, even spicy. In the mouth dry, with a rich texture, salty, moderate acids and a stronger body.Classic harvest towards the end of August, short, a few hours of maceration, pressing and 21 days of temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel containers. After the flow, the wine matured in stainless steel containers with stirring - bâtonnage (three times a week - half a year) for the next 9 months.

Medium intense straw color. The wine is soft, rich and inspiringly fresh. It is warm and extremely harmonious in the mouth with a pleasant aftertaste. Very suitable for house wine in terms of price range as it will catch on with most dishes.Pinot Gris The gift of the sun comes from the Lavrenčič Estate cellar in Dupelj in the Vipava Valley.
