The wine is a gentle golden yellow color. The bouquet is youthful, pleasant, just right intense. It smells of elderflowers, tropical fruits, lemons, limes, even spicy. In the mouth dry, with a rich texture, salty, moderate acids and a stronger body.Classic harvest towards the end of August, short, a few hours of maceration, pressing and 21 days of temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel containers. After the flow, the wine matured in stainless steel containers with stirring - bâtonnage (three times a week - half a year) for the next 9 months.

Strong aromatic intensity. The nose is rich and well opened, with notes of exotic fruits and white flowers, notes of caramel and vanilla on a background of toasted bread.Fresh on the palate, an opulent body, smooth and round.At the finish, a good aromatic persistence of the fruit, united with a good balance between the acidity and the roundness.
