Red wines are produced in a variety of styles - from fruity and fresh to rich and often high in alcohol. There is also the Bordeaux style of wine called Cape Blend, which is a blend of pinotage and international varieties. White wines dominated by chenin blanc can be found in both sweet and dry versions, mostly in richer creations.
