The grapes are picked once they are completely mature in order to develop their phenol content to the full. The grapes are normally picked in the second half of August.
The grapes are pressed gently in order to optimise the white wine making process. Slow fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts.

Pale yellow with green undertones. The nose is extremely complex; the scent of flowering hawthorn predominates, followed by fruit; passion pineapple, vine white peach and melon. The smell of real Istrian Malvasia. We can also smell the sweet smell of vanilla.In the mouth it is nicely rounded, of medium body. Pleasant fresh, fruity and crunchy. The aftertaste remains the taste of mandarins, melons, grapefruits and lemons with a hint of caramel. The wine is extremely mineral.

The wine is of a gentle golden yellow color, slightly cloudy and unfiltered. The bouquet is accentuated, clear, fruity and beautifully varietal defined. In addition to the expected stone fruits, we also find honey, apples, cloves and cinnamon.Widely inviting. In the mouth, the wine is dry, medium-bodied, with nice acids that are slightly higher than in Istria. The real beauty of this Malvasia happens in the mouth, where it is very tasty, varied, we also find a slight touch of wood. With a nice texture, it spreads nicely across the mouth. Excellent, brought to the limit and with a very long aftertaste.The best between 2019 and 2025.
