Pale yellow with green undertones. The nose is extremely complex; the scent of flowering hawthorn predominates, followed by fruit; passion pineapple, vine white peach and melon. The smell of real Istrian Malvasia. We can also smell the sweet smell of vanilla.In the mouth it is nicely rounded, of medium body. Pleasant fresh, fruity and crunchy. The aftertaste remains the taste of mandarins, melons, grapefruits and lemons with a hint of caramel. The wine is extremely mineral.

Intense garnet red colour. It displays varietal characteristics of Cabernet Franc. Very complex aroma and flavour of ripe plums, forest undergrowth, pepper, graphite. A rich, full body with an exceptionally long aftertaste and pleasant smoothness.Hand harvest of biodynamic cultivated grapes. Four week maceration of crushed grapes, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast present on the grapes and malolactic fermentation. One year maturation of the wine in traditional big old oak barrels. Bottling according to biodynamic calendar with minimal addition of sulphur without filtration.

Grapes are harvested at high maturity. After 30 days of maceration, the wines were matured for at least 20 months in 225 liter barrique barrels, until combined and bottled.Pomegranate red wine with brick tones. Luxurious and distinctly ripe bouquet reminiscent of black currants, strawberries, licorice and candied cherries. Ripe tannins reveal full structure and fruity sweetness with light notes of berries.
