Zeleni silvanec Alto is shinig through with it's bright yellow color and golden hue. First nose is flinty with hints of wet rocks, popcorn and vanilla. Nose is persistant and evolves into bouquet of green apple and citrus aromas accompanied by hints of cream, almond and butter. Mouthfeel is really representing the variety and the region at the same time with it's energetic and vibrant texture which reminds us on fresh apples and lemon pie. High acidity, medium plus body with long aftertaste. Ready for drinking, even more suitable for ageing.

Ruby red color with slight violet shades. Aromas of red fruits such as redcurrant, cherry, fresh sour cherries. The wine is fresh, pleasant and slightly tannic on the palate.Separate harvest of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in search of optimal ripeness of grapes. This is followed by maceration with the duration of fermentation, pressing and flowing into wooden oak barrels (225l) from various French oaks, where the wine matured during mixing - bâtonnage (three times a week in the first year of maturation) for 30 months. Unfiltered filling and additional maturation in the bottle.

Intense golden-orange colour with amber shapes that shows prolonged maceration.The Amfora bottle is a designer masterpiece that showcases our best-selling wines. Hand harvested grapes from the best sections of the vineyards are processed and aged in oak barrels and the clay amphorae recessed into the cellar floor. Contact with the skin is long and the wine has time to enrich itself with all the goodness of the grape and to develop a blossom which indicates full maturity. These are wines for formal occasions, special dishes, and sophisticated company.

The exceptional location of Rimc, the precision biodynamic farming, the triple thinning of the grapes and the weather conditions of the 2020 vintage have led to the consistency of the taste of Angel Barbera 2020. The harvest of Barbera took place on 22 September. The grapes were hand-picked and hand-selected into 15 kg crates. After 15 days of maceration, the wine was matured in 225 litre oak barrels, 50% were new and 50% used. Angel Barbera 2020, in the search for perfection of taste, contains not only Barbera of Rimc 93% but also a pinch of Merlot of Šmihel 7%. After 26 months of maturation, Angel Barbera 2020 is bottled without filtration and without purification. In vintages when the wines do not meet the house standards, the latter are not bottled. We have invested a great many man-hours in the 2021 and 2022 vineyard in the search for perfection, and we have done our best. However, due to the weather conditions, the latter variety did not meet the expected standards and the 2021 and 2022 vintages will not be available on the market.
