It is a deep ruby color, dry, stronger wine, full of flavor, with a velvety texture, intense character, the tannins are already pleasantly rounded. In the mouth we get black fruit, forest undergrowth also jam, at the end leather. Long, still very young and very good.

Produced only in special years, this sophisticated wine is made from 60% Chardonnay for delicacy and 40% Pinot Noir for its firm body and structure. Long lees ageing gives real complexity and depth, with notes of biscuit and fresh bread adding layers to the honey, lemon and apple flavours, and good length.

Carolina Bela is produced from Chardonnay (60%), Rebula (35%), Pikolita (5%) in the Goriška Brda wine-growing region, which is characterized by hilly relief and a mild sub-Mediterranean climate. Manual harvesting takes place in the second half of September and early October. The chilled grapes are macerated for 48 hours, then the grapes are squeezed at low pressures. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. After one year, the wines are poured and combined.The color is a gentle golden yellow. The bouquet is medium accented, with a nice play between floral, fruity and a hint of plant notes. Dry mouth, acids are high, but mature, medium-bodied. It impresses with a varied and exceptional game of flavors, where saltiness, fruitiness and a hint of vanilla are intertwined.
