Salmon colour, the bubbles are numerous, small and gentle. The smell is ripe and complex. Fruity notes prevail, especially strawberries and small red fruits.In the mouth the wine is dry, but offers a hint of sweetness. A wine of straw-like yellow colour. The nose is a combination of intertwined meadow flowers, blossoming plantations of cherries and apricots, as well as hawthorn and blackthorn from the edge of the forest. A fine balance between alcohol and acidity is rounded off by a distinct mineral note that gives the wine a pleasant saltiness which remains present in the long aftertaste.
