The departure is long, mineral and lasting.On the nose initially ripe, elegant, with a delicate aroma of honey, brioche and bread crust. Then floral (acacia, blackthorn) and citrus notes (lemon zest, bergamot) predominate, which blend nicely with the mineral notes of marl.
