On the nose is very complesive - ripe, rich and varied, reminiscent of dried apricots, dried flowers and spices. Great balance of tannin and acidity and long, full and very mineral taste.
A rich wine, that excels its drinkable and potencial for further aging.

The predominant odors are elderberry, dry spices, hay, black pepper.The wine is dry, strong, moderately acidic and very mineral. The wine has a deeper golden yellow color. The flower is emphasized, matured. On the nose is vanilla, tropical fruits, mango, passion fruit. Very ripe, fragrant. Dry in the mouth, moderate acidity, strong body. In the mouth it is rich, ripe, juicy. The variety is quite hidden behind the vinification process, but it can still be found. A very luxurious, even a little flashy style, but well executed, because despite everything, the wine still offers firmness, deliciousness and a longer aftertaste.

The colour is golden yellow and lively. The bouquet is extremely complex. The wine combines the aromas of dried flowers, especially chamomile, herbs, mature and dried fruit and honey. A gentle, medium-bodied wine with just enough freshness. Highly mineral, harmonious and elegant.Manual harvest of selected biodynamic grown grapes sorted in the vineyard. All varieties are harvested at the same time. One week maceration of the grape mash and spontaneous fermentation with own yeast. Mild pressing and one-year maturation of the wine in a big traditional oak old wooden barrel in which the process of malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine matures on its own lees without flow for one year. Bottling with minimal addition of sulphur without filtration.
