Depending on the vintage however, we can feel more or less botrytis, sometimes also petroleum notes, spiciness or herbs. We feel apples, pears, apricots, and sometimes some of tropical fruits on the palate. Aftertaste is always nice and long.

Stronger, intense taste and even longer aftertaste. The taste in the mouth is very varied and persistent. Intense garnet red colour. It displays varietal characteristics of all present varieties. Very complex aroma and flavour of ripe plums, forest undergrowth, pepper, graphite. A rich, soft, full body wine with an exceptionally long aftertaste and pleasing freshness.Hand harvest of very rape, biodynamic cultivated grapes for all varieties at same time. Four week maceration of crushed grapes, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast already present on the grapes and malolactic fermentation. Two years maturation of the wine in traditional big old oak barrels. Bottling according to biodynamic calendar with minimal addition of sulphur without filtration.

The taste of the wine is fresh, mineral and extremely rich, with a full body.It is an excellent harmonious wine that surprises with its rich taste and elegance and freshness, which makes it extremely drinkable and surprisingly suitable for pairing with dishes. This is a wine you will hear about many, many more times. I recommend personal wine to anyone who has ever wondered what a great white wine from an amphora is.I recommend the wine as a combination with good prosciutto, dry salami and seafood, especially grilled. I especially recommend wine with pasta with botarga.

The color is deeper, still ruby. The bouquet offers both youthful and mature notes. It smells of ripe dark red and black fruits, chocolate, a hint of wood. Just a beautiful, classic merlot bouquet. The wine is dry in the mouth, the texture is velvety, the tannins are flexible and the ripe fruity character in the mouth is intense. On the more elegant side. Despite the warm year, it has a nice measure of freshness.
