The finish turns out to be defined by the red fruitiness and its typical chalky length. The olfactory notes of cream sponge desserts are confirmed and the impression of tonic maturity is attractive.

It is produced from the variety Blue Frankonian. When pressing we only use the freerun without maceration. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine settles for a few weeks on fine depositions of yeast, afterwards it is bottled and it is always the first wine offered within the current vintage. The wine has a lively, fruity colour, the aroma is intense, fruity as well. Its’ freshness is balanced with a rounded-up, elegant, fruity and long-lasting aftertaste. The wine is fresh,with the right sparks and seductive which makes it the perfect companion for summer days in good company.
